The hôtel is literally in the middle of the nowhere. The staff are rude and aggressive. The service is really bad and super late. rooms are not fully clean. it's too expensive for the bad service that they offert. The food is not delicious, the spoons and forks are not fully clean. It's a horrible destiny.

Half decent hotel. Stayed there for work. Restaurant/bar was really good, excellent selection for breakfast and had a great buffet on a night for dinner. Very clean. However, the room I stayed in was unclean. The carpets were absolutely disgusting. They were stained with god knows what and had dark stains all over the carpet. I couldn’t walk on it without shoes on it! Room is standard. Small beds, with kettle, tea, coffee and sugars and milks. Bathroom half decent. Had a hair dryer and a bath/shower. Shower was a bit complicated to figure out but once it was figured out everything was fine. Just the floor was absolutely disgusting! If that wasn’t the case the hotel would have been spot on for me but the carpet really let it down.

We stayed there for four nights. At the arrival you stand in front of a locked gate and have to park outside walk to the hotel and check-in to get the code for the gate, afterwards get out and drive in to park - really annoying to get out you have to enter the code again (which often didn't work), we didn't get code for the pedestrian gate, so in worst case you are locked outside in the night. At the check-in the employee made us an offer: for each day without room service we would get a free drink. But without explaining my room was entered every day by the cleaning ladies. With some of my colleagues it worked, but they didn't get the tokens, so officially no free drinks. The carpet in my room has definitely seen better days, the room itself was clean but I had a really bad smell. After I got a new room after two days, I had to refresh my card for the elevator/ room every day at the reception. The bathtub is very small and only good for a shower, also most people will miss a toilet brush. The room itself is very small. The breakfast was very simple: toast & baguette, one sort of cheese, ham and spicy salami, you can boil some eggs by yourself, croissants some cake and prefabricated pancakes, coffee machine available but that's it! There's no chance of sitting outside except the restaurant (5€ for a small beer) - the parking lot would be enough space to set up some benches. Although the complex is directly next to the highway it's not that noisy. The city center can be reached within 15 minutes by foot - at the hotel there's absolutely nothing to do (Flipper, Billard, Ping-Pong, Pool or fitness room). I had my cooling box in the room to have some cold drinks in the evening and to store some food, one day the room service switched off the power so when we came back from work the drinks were warm and I had to throw away the food! Another day they took away all empty returnable bottles (6€). Maybe this hotel is OK (not good) for families who spent the whole day at Disneyland and come back only to sleep, but that's it! Also NONE of the five rooms I saw (my two and from my colleagues) had a smoke detector!!!
