This hotel is sub-standard in every aspect of a 4* place. The reception staff are very polite and helpful for navigating the area. The rooms are timeless, and by that I mean haven’t been updated since the 80s. Water pressure is better in a small African village. The restaurant is basic and the breakfast is the worst I’ve come across in a good few years. The resort don’t allow any bags in at meal times and just say to ‘leave them in reception’. Quite pathetic tbh. Ours was a change bag for our son by the Harvey price on the door was adamant I might take a boiled egg out the restaurant. At best it’s a 3* but that is being generous. Stay else where and enjoy your time in this great area.

I visited Dream Castle Hotel last week with my wife and our 10‑month‑old son. The hotel provided perfectly acceptable accommodation for us and is conveniently within walking distance of the parks. Room: The room was a decent size, with comfortable bunk beds that I got a chance to try out (though I didn’t sleep in them). The pillows on the beds were a bit too big for my liking, but that’s a personal preference. The TV functioned well with a selection of English channels, and the kettle, safe, and fridge were all in good working order. The room was really hot—something to consider if you're sensitive to heat—and while this might have been due to the beautiful weather that week, it was still noticeable. Thankfully, the windows open fully, allowing for good airflow to help cool things down. The bathroom was acceptable overall, featuring a decent-sized bath and a shower that worked well, although the shower screen had a gap underneath, which let some water escape onto the floor. Location: We landed at ORLY and took a taxi to the hotel, a journey that took around 40 minutes. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the parks, but since the walk is quite doable (approximately 25 minutes to park security), we chose to walk instead. On the way, there’s a well-stocked petrol station for water and snacks. Staff: All the staff we encountered were friendly. Pool: The pool was a decent size with a dedicated children’s section and a small slide. I did have some difficulty figuring out the locker system, so it might be best not to leave any valuable items behind. Restaurant (Breakfast): We visited the restaurant most mornings around 7:30. We were seated straight away, and the atmosphere was nice and calm. However, on the last day we visited at 9, it was very busy—there was a queue up the stairs, and it was mayhem. Although the queue did move quickly, the dining area was noticeably busier than usual. The buffet itself featured a basic selection, with a children’s section offering pastries, fruit, and cereal, and a main section providing cold meats, salad, beans, bacon, sausage, rice, mushrooms, breads, and eggs. Shop: The on-site shop is open from 4 PM to midnight. It stocked some essentials, including a limited selection of chilled drinks and snacks.

Lovely hotel, nice and clean! Bed comfys! Location is close to the park,we ended up paying €12 in an Uber to get to and from the park as all day walking and waiting for bus that was packed wasn't ideal for us! Overall hotel lovely but.... We all know it'll be expensive but the food was so extremely expensive!! Not a massive choice in the snack bar and you can't just get a bowl of chips, you have to order a whole meal, which are like €25 for a burger and chips. After that the evening buffet is €38 each and it's basic... looks really nice but when you actually go round it's not all that, the food was cold and didn't taste of much! The breakfast is decent however. As a bottle of water was €6 we ended up getting an Uber to Aldi which was about 5 mins away (in a car) where we got bottles of water and fruit as it was much more affordable especially with children! Overall id say great hotel but the food is so extremely expensive that you should consider this when booking as food was more expensive in hotel then in Disney park!

Absolutely incredible hotel, staff and facilities. We truly couldn’t have wished for more. The venue itself is stunning and fairytale like definitely living up to its name! The grounds and rooms are furnished beautifully and in such a way that you feel very much part of the magic. We opted for breakfast to be included and found options for the whole family that worked out well. Every member of staff has been kind, courteous and excited to see our toddler who is blown away at the whole Disney experience! This has been the perfect place to stay and make memories. Absolutely no suggestions for improvement for the hotel whatsoever. Perfection! Thank you for making our little boy’s third birthday celebrations just wonderful.

Fantastic hotel. Clean and tidy rooms which were Spacious also. The Whole Hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast was great and catered for everyone with hot breakfast included. Check in was easy and hassle free. TV channels were not really working well unfortunately. Tea and coffee are available in the Room along with small fridge and safe. The Bus transfer to the Parks are absolutely mental with not a single person Having any Manners but unfortunately this is not the hotels fault. Ideally would like something like marcos in the Explorers to get some type of evening takeaway. Pool area is clean and tidy with fresh linen provided. Lobby area is beautifully decorated. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to any family with young children. 😀
